This one has that just right in-between weight, light enough for layering, substantial enough that it actually keeps the wind out. It's a soft taupe, somewhere between khaki and stone depending on the light, in a brushed melton-style fabric with a slight heather to it.

It's a half coat with a relaxed, slightly A-line shape and a hood, the kind you'd reach for on a day that can't decide what it's doing weather wise. The hood is lined in the same fabric as the shell, so it sits nicely without being bulky, and the zip closure runs the full length and works smoothly, no catching, no resistance. There are two front pockets set on the diagonal, which always reads a little more considered than a straight patch pocket. The shell is 80% polyester, 10% acrylic, 5% wool, 3% viscose and 2% nylon, with a 100% polyester lining that's clean inside, no tears, no pulling at the seams.

It's a great one for that in between Joburg weather. Not quite coat season, not quite jacket season, just right.

Condition
This one is in great shape. The zip works perfectly, the lining is intact with no damage, and there's nothing to flag in terms of wear. It's ready to wear as is.

Care
Dry clean only. Please don't wash, bleach, or tumble dry this one, the fabric blend needs the gentler treatment.
