Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.

 

Our Courier Partners

We ship via The Courier Guy, a reputable South African courier service with nationwide coverage.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on The Courier Guy's website.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection process - additional charges may apply.

 

Risk and Ownership

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received and cleared.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@kaggenthreads.co.za and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
