This one is all about the details once you get up close. The check is a mix of grey, black and ivory, broken up with a fine lilac stripe running through it, and the whole thing is pieced together in a patchwork of solid grey panels and check sections that shift direction depending on where you're looking.

It's a double-breasted shape with a notched lapel collar and four buttons set in two neat rows. Both pockets are welt pockets, finished clean with no flap to interrupt the check pattern. But honestly, the real reveal is on the inside. Open it up and the lining is a soft lilac with a subtle floral pattern woven through it, and the lilac tone is an almost exact match to the lilac stripe running through the shell check. It's the kind of detail you don't expect on a secondhand find, the sort of thing that makes you wonder why anyone let this one go. All the original buttons are intact, and it comes with a spare in case you ever need it. The shell is 70% polyester, 20% acrylic, 9% wool and 1% polyamide, with a 100% polyester lining.

This is a coat that rewards anyone who actually looks twice, the outside is sharp, but the inside is where it really sings.

This one is in great condition. All the original buttons are intact, and the lining is clean with no damage. It's ready to wear as is.
