This is a vintage German loden coat in deep charcoal grey, with a burgundy red lining that shifts to green depending on the light. The photos really can't catch it properly. In person it's one of those details that makes you stop.

The loden wool itself is dense and remarkably soft. It hangs with weight and structure while staying genuinely comfortable to wear. Single-breasted with gunmetal-tone buttons down the front and a wide fold-over collar that sits beautifully open or closed. At the waist, a cord drawstring with black barrel toggles pulls through eyelets on each side, giving the coat a proper silhouette when you want it. Two slash pockets at the hip. The sleeves have a button-tab cuff, and small red triangle accents appear at the lapel, chest, and sleeve - a small, deliberate detail that pulls the whole thing together. The coat's construction at the back is clean and considered, with structured shoulder panelling that holds its shape well. A spare button is included.

Condition
This coat is in very good condition overall. The wool shell is clean with no significant wear, all original buttons are present and intact, and the spare button is included. The lining is clean and intact.

Do not wash. Do not bleach. Dry clean only.
