This one is unbelievably soft, we can't stress that enough. It's a long, single-breasted overcoat with a classic notch lapel and a clean, simple line that works with almost anything you put underneath it. There are three buttons down the front and two smaller buttons stitched into each cuff, a small tailoring touch that lifts it above a basic coat. Down at the hem there's a vent at the back, giving it a bit of movement and ease when you walk rather than sitting stiff. Two welt pockets sit on the front for your hands, and there's a third pocket on the inside for anything you want to keep close. The shell is a 70% wool, 20% polyamide, 10% cashmere blend, and that touch of cashmere is exactly what gives it that soft handle against the skin, while the lining is 100% polyester throughout. It's the kind of coat that doesn't shout for attention but does the job properly, warm, well cut, and genuinely comfortable to wear all day.
